When he was in the organization, Tallackson was at the point where if the Devils needed another forward due to injury,
he was their first option.
And that was because of what he brought to the table. He's a big guy, has some good offensive skill, and is pretty good
on the defensive side, as well.
In other words, he was a versatile winger that can fill any role needed. Always good to have that.
Being waived to Lowell during the 08-09 season did mean that the end was near for him with the Devils, and after
finishing the season in Lowell, that proved true as he signed with the Blues in the summer, mainly for a spot with the
