Sestito does have some offensive skill, but he admits that he is at his best when he's hitting. And he's a pretty good hitter,
too. In time, he would make for a pretty good third-line center in the NHL.

The funny thing is Hockey Futures said, "He doesn’t have much offensive upside." heh

He was one of the last cuts made by Jacques Lemaire for the 09-10 team. While at Lowell, though, he got off to a hot
start, scoring 7 goals and 10 points in 12 games before getting called up to New Jersey when injuries began to mount.

Whether in the AHL, or the NHL, he had been working hard to make a contribution.

He decided to move on to the KHL after the 2015 season; he was already named an alternate captain once he signed
with Dinamo Riga.
