Regular Season Statistics with the Franchise
McKenzie saw a lot of games in the minors during his entire career. In short, he was the third goalie often in his years.

Actually, the term I've seen used is journeyman. And the Rockies did have a couple of journeyman goalies in their
system, including him.

He had a passion for the game, though, that was for sure. He played aggressively, but kept a cool head at the same time,
and had good reflexes to go with his aggression.

After he retired from playing, he took a job as a coach for Ohio State, his alma mater. (Not till the mid-80s.) He was part
of their staff off and on till 2000.
