Regular Season Statistics with the Franchise
Stats in red are those with the Devils.
Kamppuri was a star in his native Finland, having played with traditional Finnish club powerhouses Jokerit and Tappara
Tampere, among other teams.

He signed with the Edmonton Oilers when they were still in the WHA, and struggled to stick with them. In signing with
the Devils, this was his last shot at the NHL.

And as you can see, things didn't fare well with him in New Jersey.

He would return to Finland and play 5 more seasons (1 with SaiPa, 2 with Karpat, and 2 with KooKoo Kouvola)
before retiring.

He would be inducted into the Finnish Hockey Hall of Fame in 1998.
