Regular Season Statistics with the Franchise
Stats in bold signifies team leader.
Like many of the other Scouts' players, Houde was a career minor-leaguer. A capable player, though, from my
understanding; a solid top 4 D-man that could play on both sides of the puck.

Needless to say, playing for the Scouts was the only opportunity Houde received to play in the bigs. Although just
playing for an expansion team is like being lead to the slaughter at times, he didn't do too bad.

He would retire after finishing the 75-76 season with the Springfield Indians of the AHL. He did get one more year of
hockey in playing for the Beauce Jaros of the North American Pro League.
