Regular Season Statistics with the Franchise

Hmm... I don't know. It seems like Giroux was let go unjustly by the Scouts. On the other hand, to get Guy Charron,
they had to give up something that was worth something, and Giroux WAS worth something: a good, rugged stay-at-
home defenseman that was an effective passer and a hard worker.

But what would his hairstyle be worth?... Besides the name "Buffalo Head," I mean.

Of the four NHL teams he played for, this was clearly his shortest, although he only had a couple FULL NHL seasons.
He had done a lot of split seasons with his NHL teams and their respective AHL or CHL affiliates. He would retire in
1980 after finishing the season with the Hartford Whalers.
